We have the permission of the landlord to trade later than 1700hrs during high season, and when trade dictates. This will be coordinated alongside BCP staff and management to ensure full agreement is reached on days that trade will continue outside normal operating times. General - all four licensing objectives.. We operate the kiosk every day and will be proposing to sell alcohol from the said kiosk only between the times of 1200-1700 with an increase in trading should weather permit ?all the same objectives will apply as below. We have consent to trade alcohol sales from 1200-1700hrs daily with the potential to increase trading hours during summer months | ||||||||
The Prevention of Crime and Disorder | ||||||||
Prevention of Crime & Disorder.. CCTV ? we have a digital CCTV system installed within the premises. All areas are covered and persons present are clearly identifiable due to the quality of imagery available. This is continually recorded 24/7 and is available for download should it be required by Police for the last 31 days. The Duty Manager is trained in the system and is always on the premises whilst the restaurant is open.. Alcohol Deliveries are only received on a weekly basis from our supplier, this is always managed with the DPS and checked. Incident Book ? the duty manager is responsible for bringing any incidents to the attention of the DPS on a daily basis, and if required further action is taken such as notifying the police. We have a regular Police presence (passing) and have a good relationship with officers who are in the area.. We will not be selling items which are in bottles (glass). We will be using cans and other receptacles to serve alcohol in, for example, should we sell wine this will be decanted into a plastic recyclable cup for customers.. Regular checks on bins surrounding the restaurant are completed within the working day and emptied to avoid persons using them in an anti-social manner. | ||||||||

Public Safety. Directors number available ? a direct number for the manager / director on call shall be available at all times during operating times. Steam and odours ? no fumes or odours will be emanated to cause nuisance to persons living in the vicinity/neighbourhood. Movement and collection of waste ? on site refuge bins will be used ? the emptying of all refuse will be done respectfully and not cause any nuisance to neighbouring properties. | ||||||||

We are a responsible organisation which respects and manages any potential noise and disorder in a robust manner.. We have excellent relationships with the community donating to charities and also attending community groups meeting to address any concerns our neighbours may have. | ||||||||
