General - all four licensing objectives.. Spirits on site are to be sold online and distributed from the given address. The unit is to be kept secure: Locked, alarmed and covered by CCTV when not occupied. Standards in H&S and good Hygiene practices are to be maintained. No public are allowed on site, and guests are to be appropriately briefed as to relevant H&S proceedures etc.. ? Security of the building will be maintained by the team and monitored by CCTV. ? Standard Health & Safety and Hygiene practices will be adhered to and constantly maintained. ? The still being put into the unit is a vacuum still, which runs sealed at ambient temperature, minimising risk of fire and production of fumes. ? A contact number for the business is available online for members of the public or local businesses to reach should the need arise.
The Prevention of Crime and Disorder
Prevention of Crime & Disorder.. Premises will be locked, alarmed and monitored by CCTV when not occupied. The yeard is gated, and the gate locked when units are unoccupied. CCTV can be reviewed reomtely by parties with appropriate access.. . ? Premises will be locked, alarmed and monitored by CCTV when not occupied. ? CCTV is to be installed and maintained in good working order to cover the building frontage, production area, the office, and the media room. Further monitoring may be added for the storage area if it comes into use at a later date. The front door is also covered by a camera doorbell giving a good image of visitors. ? The yard is gated, and the gate locked when units are unoccupied. Locks in use are heavy duty, and the doors to the outside of the building are steel. ? With the current trading pattern, members of the public are not allowed on site, and only staff and guests of the business will be permitted on the premises. Since these visitors are known they are considered low risk. ? An incident log will be kept on site in which any issues relating to crime and disorder will be recorded. This will take the form of a simple digital file containing documents which will be updated as and when required.
Public Safety
Public Safety. Site to be maintained in a good state of general repair, with attention to standard health and safety practices. Members of public currently not permitted on site, and guests to premises to be briefed as required by, and relevant to, the nature of the visit. ? The way in which the still will operate negates nuisance from odours.
