General - all four licensing objectives.. All staff shall be trained on how to interact with the public in a way that is in line with the licensing objectivies.
The Prevention of Crime and Disorder
Prevention of Crime & Disorder.. Unruly behaviour shall be paid close attention to, de-esculated where possible, and called in to authorities when de-esculation is not possible.
Public Safety
Public Safety. SFBB (Safer Food Better Business) due diligence systems shall be in place and trained to staff to protect public health and safety.. H&S checks shall be performed regularly.
The prevention of public nuisance
Prevention of Public Nuisance. Any music played in store ahall not be loud enough to disturn any other business or passers-by and shall not play outside of business hours.
The protection of children from harm
Protection of Children from Harm. Health and safety checks shall account for children, making sure that they cannot access any unsafe equipment or be harmed by anything in store.. Food considered a choking hazard shall be advised against to parents and unavailable to children under the age of 5.. Any music and videos played in store which are viewable by the public shall be child friendly (no bad words or depictions of explicitly sexual acts/ideas) except on film nights where ID shall be checked as a condition of entry (still excluding expilicitly sexual imagery).
